Nykteri refers to the tradition of harvesting by day and pressing the grapes by night! An intriguing blend of indigenous varieties that delivers salty mineral scents and a wide palate of dry but golden flavours, dried peach, mango, honey and guava. the wine is nearly three years old so the complex secondary flavours are starting to express themselves.
